Lifeguard Services at Bolsa Chica State Beach are offered by the Ca State Parks Lifeguard provider. Lifeguards patrol the beach round while lifeguard towers are staffed roughly from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend year.
Our 200 fire bands are very very very first come first serve, unless reserved with a picnic area (click on this link to find out more).
NO charcoal grills permitted. Coal and timber works extremely well when you look at the fire bands just. You might bring your own propane grill but it should be at the least 18″ off the floor. Propane grills can be placed anywhere in the coastline behind the type of Lifeguard Towers.
